Gnocchi Masterclass

In this masterclass, you will have the opportunity learn how to make Italian gnocchi! 

Gnocchi is a pasta from Italy that uses potato to achieve a perfect chewy texture when cooked. It is usually shaped by rolling the dough with a thumb on a ridged surface. We will provide gnocchi rolling boards for attendees to take home after the masterclass as a practical souvenir! Gnocchi can cook in as short as 3 minutes when fresh or 6 minutes when frozen.

We will have some red and green pesto available if you wish to enjoy a portion during the event, but we strongly recommend bringing a container as the recipe will make multiple portions that you can take home and freeze!
