Come see Knives Out presented with stunning 4K laser projection on the big screen in L3!

Released in 2019, Knives Out is set primarily in the extravagant Thrombey family estate and follows detective Benoit Blanc as he investigates the mysterious death of wealthy crime novelist Harlan Thrombey. As the investigation develops, each member of the dysfunctional family becomes a potential suspect, with secrets and hidden motives gradually being revealed. The film manages to balance its traditional murder-mystery premise with a strong sense of character, particularly through the contrasting personalities and relationships within the Thrombey family. However, the constant twists and unexpected revelations create a sense of uncertainty that keeps the story engaging throughout. Daniel Craig’s portrayal of Benoit Blanc is not one to be missed, along with the rest of the cast, with big names such as Jamie Lee Curtis giving fantastic performances. Overall, Knives Out will be an entertaining and cleverly written viewing experience that successfully combines the conventions of a classic detective mystery with modern humour and social commentary.
