Welcome to the University of Warwick Aerobics Society
We are a student led society that focuses on delivering great exercise classes every week at a really cheap price! Everyone is welcome; you can do as much or as little aerobics as you want!
Join to meet new, amazing people, create a fit, active university environment and most importantly- have fun! Here at Warwick Aerobics, we are a diverse group with people from many different backgrounds. All of us are super friendly and inclusive; come and join the club (it’s a bargain, you’d be a fool not to)!
Monday 13:00-14:00: Legs, Bums and Tums (Copper Rooms 2)
A firm favourite amongst our members, LBT tones up the legs, bum and tum area to build strength in the core and shape the body. Building up these muscles helps to create a strong foundation for all our other classes! It's a fun, full-body workout to start your week off right.
Monday 14:00-15:00: Step Tone (Copper Rooms 2)
We are all familiar with the Wii Fit Step, right? Well, time to bring it to life! Step is a classic cardio exercise that delivers amazing results and leaves you feeling great!
Tuesday 18:00 - 19:00 : Zumba (Ikea Room - SU Ground Floor)
Zumba is a dynamic class that gets you moving combining aerobics rhythm and interval training. It is one of our more laid-back classes, which includes exciting, feel good dance techniques. Bring along a friend!
Wednesday 14:00-15:00 Power Yoga (Ikea Room - SU Ground Floor)
This class is an energetic and fun way to improve your balance, strength and endurance. It focuses on strengthening the abdomen and back muscles whilst also being a great way to relieve stress!
Friday 14:00 - 15:00 Yoga with Weights (Ikea Room - SU Ground Floor)
Get stronger and leaner by adding weights to your yoga practice. Accept this challenge and join us Fridays afternoon for a great workout before the weekend starts.
All classes cost £2.50 each for members and £4 for non-members!
A 10-class bundle card is also available for £20, meaning each class is £20!
Come and join our fabulous circles on Wednesday before POP! Join in the fun by heading over to Bar Fusion for a few hours of pitchers, planks and looooots of purple! Our Facebook page is where all the circle updates and planning goes down so if you're interested head over there to get the low-down and stay in the loop!
We also run other events like bar crawls and many sober socials such as club meals, classes, fun outside off campus and loads more !

As a Warwick student, you only require Standard Membership to the society. You do not need a gym membership or the Warwick Sport Club Pass - making it the cheapest way to stay fit.
