Welcome to the University of Warwick Aerobics Society; for fun and inclusive group workouts on campus!
We are a student led society that focuses on delivering great exercise classes every week at a really cheap price! Everyone is welcome; you can do as much or as little aerobics as you want!
Join to meet new, amazing people, create a fit, active university environment and most importantly- have fun! Here at Warwick Aerobics, we are a diverse group with people from many different backgrounds. All of us are super friendly and inclusive; come and join the club (it’s a bargain, you’d be a fool not to)!
Monday 1-2PM: Core
A firm favourite amongst our members, core tones up the body and helps to build strength in the shape the body. Building up these muscles helps to create a strong foundation for all our other classes! It's a fun, full-body workout to start your week off right.
Tuesday 6-7PM: Zumba
Zumba is a fun, dynamic class that gives you an amazing aerobic workout which combines rhythm and dance.
Wednesday 2-3PM: Yoga
This class is an energetic and fun way to improve your balance, strength and endurance. It focuses on stretching and deep breathing which is a great way to relieve stress!
Thursday 3-4PM (Week 1, 3, 5, 7, 9): Yoga with Weights
This is similar to Yoga- only with weights! Join this amazing hybrid class where you will leave feeling relaxed and stronger than ever!
Thursday 3-4PM (Week 2, 4, 8, 10): HIIT
HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training is a workout based on interval training. It provides short periods of intense aerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. It is one of our more intense classes- but don’t worry- you can go at your own pace.
**ALL CLASSES COST £2.50 EACH FOR MEMBERS AND £4 FOR NON-MEMBERS. WE ALSO SELL 10-CLASS CARDS WHICH ARE VALID FOR ONE TERM FOR £20 MEANING EACH CLASS IS ONLY £2!**
Come and join our fabulous themed circles on Wednesday before POP! We are usually in Bar Fusion, so head over there for a few hours of pitchers, planks and looooots of purple! There is absolutely no obligation to drink alcohol at circle - we just want you to feel like you can get involved, we're not bothered about what you're drinking! Our Facebook page is where all the circle updates and planning goes down so if you're interested head over there to get the latest news so you don’t miss out!
We also run other events like bar crawls and Kasbah nights, as well as many sober socials such as club meals, classes, fun outside off campus and loads more (again, Facebook is the best place to stay up to date on these events!).

As a Warwick student, you only require Standard Membership to the society. You do not need a gym membership or the Warwick Sport Club Pass- making it the cheapest way to stay fit.
