We'll have the room split into several "Cause Area Tables," where you can discuss some key questions in topics like Global Health, Animal Ethics, AI Safety, Biosecurity, and Career Planning - each table led by a facilitator to guide the conversation.

This event is a primer for our EA Introductory Fellowship—where we engage in weekly, small-group discussions and readings centred on exploring core ideas for making a large impact in the world.

You can freely join and leave any conversations that interest you (and grab some snacks along the way.) It's a nice and casual opportunity to discuss questions you're interested in, and help you find out what the most impactful things you could be working on are.

You don't need to have any prior knowledge of Effective Altruism; just bring your curiosity and an open mind.
