Sports Clubs
Warwick Handball Club is always looking to welcome new members! No matter what your gender identity is, whether you have 20 years of experience or are a complete novice interested in trying a new sport, we would be very happy to welcome you to any of our training sessions.
We offer a variety of experiences to our members, from simply training and attending socials with the club to competing against other universities at a national level, so everyone can get involved no matter their preferences.
Socials
We offer two socials a week, one sober and one drinking. We also Circle in the Copper Rooms, with a sober member of the exec present at each one.
There is never any pressure to drink, or to do something you're not comfortable with. We welcome all comers, members or not! Take a look at our Facebook page for upcoming events.
Session times
All of our training sessions are open to everyone, but you do have to book beforehand through the Warwick Sport website (warwick.ac.uk/sport). After Week 2 of each term, you will need a membersip to take part in our non-Rock Up sessions.
Tuesday 09:00-10:00 (Zone D) Thursday 13:00-14:00 (Rock Up and Play, Zone D) Thursday 14:00-15:00 (Zone D) Sunday 15:00-17:00 (Zone D)
Matches, including friendlies with other clubs, are usually played on Sundays.
