Sprint Programme for women students

Sprint Personal Development programme for female undergraduates and postgraduates. 

        - 4 day immersive programme: see website for dates, times and deadlines 
        - Exercises to increase self-confidence and practice positive assertiveness 
        - Learn how to harness your personal power and influence 
        - Understand self-image and learn to present the best version of ‘you’ 
        - Identify your personal core values and set value-based goals 
        - Learn strategies to cope with stress and change 
        - Hear from inspiring women each day  
        - Work closely with peers
