  • At the start of each day, set out a plan of what you would like to achieve by the end of it
  • Work for approx. 30 minutes, then have a 5-10 minute break where you fully switch off from work
  • Try to get a comfortable, clear and quiet desk space so you can properly focus, and lay out everything you need at the start
  • Put your phone on silent on the other side of the room for no distractions
  • Try to exercise most days and get some fresh air to relax
