1) carve out a specific space for studying if you can (maybe the dining room or living room could encourage you not to go back to bed)
2) go outside! Always get a breath of fresh air to clear your head even if your daily exercise is indoors (now is the perfect time to take up running however)
3) if you can’t reset your sleeping pattern (hi corona virus) think about how your day is divided and when your meals should be so you don’t end up endlessly snacking and clocking off for the day too early
4) keep having 3 meals a day
5) mix up what your revising to a different exam if you get bored
