MTW Presents: Creative Futures

Event from Music Theatre Warwick

Saturday 22 February 2020, 11am - 6pm

Join us for a panel Q and A session, followed by exciting hands on workshops led by Warwick Unviersity Alumni, now in careers in the professional performance industry. Open to members and non members alike!

In the morning we will have the Panel Q and A with the returning alumni, giving you the chance to hear about their lives after Warwick, and how their experiences during their University years went on to shape their careers today. Then, after a lunch break, you will be given a tailored timetable featuring workshops run by these alumni; hands on, interactive, and informative, these workshops will further your understanding of where your creative future could lead.

Tickets are £3 for members and £3.50 to non-members, but remember that absolutely everyone is welcome! The alumni speakers were members of Music Theatre Warwick but also other societies, so please do not hesitate to come along.

We have speakers lined up with experience in;

West-End Theatre Producing

Marketing with BAFTA

Copywriting and Liscensing (London Theatre)

Musical Directing, and

Professional Performance!

(Workshop times tbc - will probably not run as late as 18:00)

Even if these specific careers may not be of top interest to you, our alumni have had experience with education beyond unviersity, as well as various internships, and jobs within creative industries PLUS a tonne of interview experience between them!

Once you have purchased a ticket, you will be added to a private group which will include full details of the day, including timetables and the chance to suggest questions for the Q and A.
