I am a passionate advocate of bringing yoga into every space and making it available to as many people as possible, focusing on finding what feels good for each student and guiding them into a place where they feel comfortable to explore their own practise. I began my YTT with the goal of deepening my understanding of the practise and finding out more about its history, however I soon discovered my love for teaching and being able to share a practise that I had gained so much from with others.
After completing my 200-hour YTT in Vinyasa Yoga last year, I went on to take an Introduction to Yin Yoga CPD, which I have since started using in my weekly online Yoga for Relaxation classes, which aim to give my students some much needed relaxation during these times.
