Hip Hop Dance: EQHO is the University of Warwick's completely student-run hip hop dance society, open to all levels and abilities!


We offer beginners' and intermediate classes twice a week teaching original choreography, as well as semi-regular workshops involving a variety of styles (including House, Waacking, Popping, Locking and Afro). We also invite professional choreographers such as Kloe Dean, Michael Jordan-Richards and Andi Vega for one-off classes!

EQHO collaborates with other Warwick dance socities, such as Bollywood Dance Society for workshops and members of PEBBL (Pole and Aerial Arts, Bellydance, Breakdance and Latin and Ballroom) for socials 

We hold auditions to participate in performances throughout the academic year, ranging from the Urban Dance Festival to CMD and Pizzaz showcases.

You can also join us at our socials, such as circling for POP! as well as other club nights and meals in Coventry and Leamington Spa. We organise an annual international tour during the Easter holidays - previous destinations include Tenerife, Malaga and Prague.
