Whether you have never bounced before or are an elite trampolinist we have something for you! We offer 5 weekly training sessions, weekly socials and competitions. We are a friendly and inclusive club and love welcoming new members!
The University of Warwick Trampolining Club is a friendly and social club. There are so many ways to get involved from training casually, attending socials, competing, going on tour, volunteering and becoming a coach! There are no trials and everyone is encouraged to compete, at any ability level. The club competes both at BUCS and as part of the Southern Universities Trampoline League. As part of SUTL the club attends weekend competitions and overnight socials at other universities across the south. We also hold weekly socials, which include circling at Pop!, nights out at competitions, meals, bar crawls and trips.
Make sure you check out our Facebook and Instagram for our latest news and if you have any questions then feel free to email us or message us on Facebook!
Below are our session times that you can come along to each week throughout the year. All sessions are held in the Sport and Wellness Hub in Sports Arena A (downstairs). You can subscribe to our calendar by pasting the following link into your calendar settings, https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/warwicktrampolining%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics. This includes all training sessions and socials.
All sessions during Weeks 1-2 are tasters, meaning they are 100% free for everybody to try out the sport before purchasing membership.
All of our sessions are suitable for complete beginners. None of the sessions are compulsory so you can choose how many sessions a week you wish to attend. Sessions must be booked in advance on the Warwick Sport website. If you are no longer able to attend after making a booking just let us know so that we can help you cancel your booking.
What should I wear/bring?
You do not need to bring anything but yourself, and we also recommend bringing a bottle of water with you.
Clothes: please wear clothes you can freely move in, without zips! You must also wear socks and/or trampoline shoes if you have them.
Jewellery: please remove all jewellery where possible. We are no longer able to provide jewellery tape due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, if you absolutely cannot remove a piece of jewellery, please bring your own tape to cover it up or you will not be allowed to bounce for your own safety.
How do I join the club?
Like other sports clubs, you will need to purchase the Sports Federation Membership, the Club Pass (On Campus) Membership and the Trampolining Club Membership. These should be listed in the below section. Once you have memberhsip, you can come along to as many sessions as you like throughout the year with no extra fees!
