Warwick Table Tennis Club is a friendly sports club for players of all abilities to have fun and advance their game. Whether you are a social player or a member of the women's or men's team, we have a lot to offer. For beginners we provide both casual club sessions and a chance to experience coaching via our beginner coaching sessions. For advanced players, we provide advanced coaching and a chance to play in BUCS teams and in the Leamington League.

Club Session Times
All sessions are held in Westwood Games Hall. All of our sessions are free for members and everyone is welcome.
- Tuesday 16:00 to 17:50 (Casual Club Session)
- Thursday 15:00 to 17:20 (Casual Club Session)
- Sunday 13:30 to 16:00 (Beginner/Intermediate Training and Drills directed by Exec and Team Players)
The club is only open during term time,
Autumn Term: Monday 5 October 2020 – Saturday 12 December 2020
Spring Term: Monday 11 January 2021 – Saturday 20 March 2021
Summer Term: Monday 26 April 2020– Saturday 3 July 2020
Team
The club has one women's team and two men’s teams in the BUCS Leagues. Team trials are held at the beginning of the academic year, but movement into the squad is possible for any member who demonstrates commitment and ability, as judged by the team captains.
If chosen for the squad, you will be provided additional training and the opportunity to represent the university in inter-university tournaments and matches.
In addition to the BUCS teams, WTTC has 2 mixed teams in the Leamington Table Tennis League - please contact an exec member if interested.
Team Sessions
1. Tuesday 8:00pm - 10am
2. Friday 6pm-9pm
Half of the team will be allocated training slot 1 and the other, training slot 2. on the Friday session.
Socials
We hold a wide range of socials open to everyone regardless of skill level. To many of our members, the club is a vital part of social life at Warwick. It is our socials that create a friendly and inclusive environment whilst serving the role of building team spirit and raising morale.
We have a whole host of events planned for you guys over the next year including sober socials such as:
• Bowling during welcome week
• Escape rooms
• Laser Quest trips
• Termly club dinners
• Waterpark trips
• Trampoline park trips
For when the sun goes down, Warwick Table Tennis has the best nightlife on campus from our legendary themed Circles and Pop to Skooldayz parties to our regular failures to win the weekly Dirty Duck pub quiz. There is something for everyone at Warwick Table Tennis and we look forward to seeing you in the new academic year.

Tournaments
If you fancy a challenge, we run a range of regular tournaments, which are open to all members. These range from regular singles tournaments to doubles tournaments to handicap tournaments, so there is something for everyone.
Equipment
We can provide all equipment including beginner bats. If you want to buy your own please speak to an exec member who can provide you with the club’s recommendations.
We recommend wearing a sports shirt and shorts/skorts, though normal clothes are fine. Any non-marking trainers or shoes are perfect, as we play indoors.
There are women's and men's changing rooms on the ground floor.
Football
The club also has its very own football team which plays in the intramural league on a sunday! We also offer frequent casual football sessions which are available to all our members!
