Sports Fair 2023/24
As part of Welcome Week, the 2023/24 Sports Fair will take place w/c Monday 25th September.

Find the list of sport clubs present on Wednesday 27th September and Thursday 28th September.
When will it take place?
It will be held on Tuesday 26th September.
The Fairs will be held from 10:00am until 6:00pm each day. Set up time is from 09:30am. (Please note the queues will be closed at 5.15pm.) Tables should be manned for this whole period.
On both days from 10:00am until 11:00am will be quiet hour with no music and limited capacity.
Each club will have a table, there is no need to request one.
Where will it take place?
It will be located at the Sports Hub.
To find out when and where your club is exactly located during societies fair, find the floor plans located above, it will be in alphabetical order (available in August). This will also be sent via email/teams to sports presidents.

There won't be any boards behind any of the stalls, however feel free to decorate your table!
What sort of setup is required by societies?
All the tables will be laid out by 09:30am. So, all you need to do it find your table on the floor plans located above and make it ready for 10:00am!
How many Exec are allowed per stall?
There is a limit of 5 per Club. You can rotate throughout the day, but at one time a maximum of 5 Execs should be at each table. You will be given 5 wristbands per Sport Club for your Exec to have quick access in and out of the hub to avoid the queues. There will be an allocated space for this which will be signposted on the day. Please be aware this will be monitored by a staff member and ONLY access with a band or to swap a band at the door will be permitted. Wristbands will be available during the set up period of the Fairs on each day.
