This year we're introducing the weekly FITNESS SESSIONS as a way to boost our steeze for tour and competitions!!!!
We're going to do a 15min warm-up run and a 45min leg workout and a tiny bit of yoga and stretching if the weather allows it. Since the sessions will be OUTSIDE, they will only take place if it's NOT raining.?????? Please wear appropriate clothing (long trousers, trainers, gym clothes, hoodie etc.).
In order to take part in the fitness sessions, you MUST be a WarwickSnow member and you have to sign-up! You also DON'T need to have a sports hub gym membership for the sessions.
You don't need to have experience in skiing or snowboarding for these sessions.
Fiora Luecke and Ems Graimont will be running the lessons but they are just for fun and non-mandatory!!
We will be meeting in front of the sports hub at 5pm this Thursday. No snow time!!!
