Warwick Yoga Society aims to give everyone at Warwick University the opportunity to practice yoga.
Our weekly classes are designed to cater to the wide range of abilities, fitness levels, and personalities we have at Warwick. On both a personal level and in a team setting, yoga is a powerful means of developing self-awareness and improving performance.
We hope to become a prominent presence within the University - offering an intense but therapeutic challenge to sports clubs, societies, and anyone who desires to enrich their experience.
Yoga can be practiced by anyone! No matter what your shape, size, or level of fitness, your practice can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
With its wide-ranging physical and mental benefits yoga is a perfect all-around exercise. So if you're wanting some meditative 'me time', going for that beach body, or looking to complement your lifestyle - yoga has something to offer!
For students especially, when the workload starts piling on and you need that extra bit of relaxation to get you through, yoga is a brilliant exercise for you.
