The WarwickSU Student Activities Team provides support for societies via email (studentactivities@warwicksu.com) or at the SUHQ Membership Office. Visitors should email in advance. Dedicated coordinators are available to assist specific society types, including academic, performance, welfare, and cultural groups.

The Student Activities Team (Societies)

10am - 3pm Monday - Friday

Please note that each coordinator has different working hours around these so please contact them individually for other availability.

To ensure we are able to provide the advice & support you require, or to save you a journey, please email us in advance and arrange for a good time to come in.

Please include any relevant documentation or information.

If you are part of a Cultural or Campaigning society, please email studentactivities@warwicksu.com and one of the coordinators will get back to you.

Please note that we aim to respond to your email within 2 working days.
