Warwick Discourse Society

Warwick Discourse Society holds weekly informal discussions on a variety of social and political topics.

Created in 2019, we aim to host interesting sessions where students can openly discuss their unique ideas and perspectives. We meet weekly on Mondays at 7pm and collaborate with a wide variety of other academic and cultural societies.

We offer a welcoming environment for everyone, from those looking to passionately share opinions, to those coming to listen. If formal debate isn't your thing, then enjoy this opportunity to be challenged in an enthusiastic, informal setting and meet like-minded individuals. Our variety of topics means there's something for everyone over the course of a term, and regular attendees can enjoy broadening their horizons!

We meet every Monday at 7pm throughout the year (excluding reading weeks) and host end of term socials too. Check out our Instagram page for this week's topic!
