If one of your members is driving a personal vehicle for an event, trip, or tour, they should be reimbursed for this by completing a mileage form.
This amounts to 27p per mile, to cover fuel costs as well as vehicle upkeep. Fill out the form with details of each journey, then submit it for reimbursement like any other Money Request
