WarwickSU allows societies and sports clubs to sell merchandise and collect fees via the SU portal, with funds deposited directly into their accounts. Event tickets must be submitted separately through a ticketing form for approval. Admin tools provide sales reports and the option to restrict products to members only.

Tickets for events/social etc. - all tickets must be submitted via the ticketing form for coordinator approval. If you are unsure, please contact your coordinator before setting anything up.

 

Money collected via these products is paid directly into your society or club account, into the account line indicated on the form.

You also have the ability to generate reports of customisation options and the ability to restrict products to your members.
