I am looking for a replacement for my Studio at Cryfield.  40% of the fees have already been paid, which the new tenant does not have to pay.

The Studio is in a quiet location, 5mins walk to WBS & Central Campus, and a 10mins walk to Warwick Sports Hub.

Rent is £260 per week (but you only have to pay 60%) and you can move in anytime. 

There are also entertainment amenities (cinema, music room etc).
