They're both available for rent, but they can be rented separately as well. They're ensuite with a double bed, desk and a large kitchen shared with 5 people. They allow overnight guests and are chill. The building is modern and has 24/7 security. Room is only 96£ per week and 385£ pcm including all bills.

Room is in Coventry city center, opposite pizza express and 5 min walk from public library and main shops.
