Hi, 

We are a mixed gender group of second year students looking for a housemate for a four bed house in central Coventry (Coundon) - 15mins drive from Warwick Uni and 5mis from the 11 and 12x bus route. The room is available for the 2023/24 academic year and is a furnished and relatively large double. 

House Details:

  • Double Rooms
  • Parking
  • 3 Bathrooms between 4
    • Electric Shower, Boiler Shower and Bath
  • 500/pcm including bills
  • Close to supermarket
  • Can move in from August
  • Bike Storage in a secure basement 
  • Dishwasher in the kitchen
