I’m looking for someone to take over my housing contract from 1st October to 31st August next year. The costs are £600 pcm plus a £600 deposit. You will be living 10 minutes away from the centre of Leamington, about a couple minutes from a bus stop that will take you all the way to the University of Warwick.

It’s a large double room and fully furnished along with the rest of the house. It is newly renovated too, with two bathrooms. You will be living with 2 girls and 1 boy, all second years who study Maths/Financial related course and an English Course. They are all extremely kind and cleanly so you will have no problems in that aspect. No council tax payments required, apply for the exemption. Bills with be estimated to be around £100-110 pcm, with WiFi, water, gas and electricity included. Also there is plenty of space outside to park.
