Kick things off with a relaxed evening to meet your coursemates, break the ice, and settle those first-day nerves. Grab your wristband and your brand-new blue MedSoc T-shirt here! Oh, and did we mention? There’s free pizza. 🍕

📅 22/09 – Adoption Day
🕗 8pm – 12am | 📍 Boom Battle Bar
Your first taste of MedSoc tradition! Meet your medic “parents” who’ll guide you through the year ahead, then let loose with axe-throwing, interactive darts, crazy golf and more at Boom Battle Bar. This is the night where lifelong bonds (and hilarious stories) begin.

📅 23/09 – The Night Shift
🕗 8pm – late | 📍 Old Library → Altoria
Throw on your blue MedSoc T-shirt and join the ultimate Leamington Spa bar crawl. We’ll start at the Old Library, winding our way through town, before ending with an exclusive takeover of Altoria Nightclub – booked out just for Warwick Medics and bound to be one of the biggest nights of the week. 🌙🍹

📅 24/09 – Come Climb With Me
🕗 8pm – 10pm | 📍 Sport & Wellness Hub
Take a break from the nightlife and challenge yourself at Warwick’s climbing wall! Whether you’re a first-timer or a pro, it’s all about having fun and pushing yourself. A wholesome, non-drinking event – and the perfect way to reset midweek. 🧗

Fast-track your way to new friendships! With quickfire conversations, fun prompts, and plenty of laughs, this is a chilled but guaranteed way to meet more of your future best mates.

🕘 9pm – late | 📍 The Flying Standard → Kasbah
It’s time for the legendary Freshers’ finale. Throw on a white shirt and bring a permanent marker – sign each other’s shirts at The Flying Standard, sealing in the memories of your first week at med school. Then we’ll head to Kasbah for a huge night of dancing and unforgettable vibes. 🎶
