FAQ's

  • I have a dietry requirement - Can I still drink hot drinks at Curiositea?

Curiositea have a wide range of drinks, from green tea through to oat milk lattes and white hot chocolates. All drinks are able to be made using alternative milks on offer (Oat milk, Soya and Coconut) to cater for your needs. Just let our baristas know when you order.

  • I don't like hot drinks, can I still get a free drink?

Our free hot drinks for attendees will be given on a first come, first serve basis, but we will also make sure for those of you who don't quite enjoy a hot drink, that smoothies, milkshakes and canned drinks are also covered in this free drinks offer.

  • I don't have anyone to come along with - what should I do?

That's okay! It's why our officers have put on this event, to help make sure you can find people who want to come along to awesome events like this. We have both the officers and two members of staff on hand to help you connect with people and make sure everyone is included - and, it's what icebreakers are for!

  • I don't like playing boardgames

That's okay! The event is open to also sit and have a chat with new people, or you can choose to just watch! There will be plenty of space and people too meet, the boardgames are only there as an aditional thing to do!

  • I don't know how to play Uno / Jenga / other boardgames

Emaan and Vennela, your Part Time International Students officers, will be there to help guide you through the games, along with your two SU Projects and Campaigns Staff, Polly and Molly. We're happy to take time with you to learn the game. They should all be relatively easy to pick up!
