Feeling the exam stress?
Join us for a relaxing session aimed to increase your awreness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
The class will incorporate yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation.
This event is part of the SU's Pressure Drop campaign as well as our commitment to tackle student loneliness and encourage connection with one another.
