Introduction to Groups Representing Marginalised & Minority Communities

Event from SU Campaigns & Communities

Wednesday 30 September 2020, 2.00PM - Wednesday 30 September 2020, 3.00PM

This event offers an opportunity to learn more about the liberation societies, who represent marginalised and minority communities like LGBTUA+ students, students from an ethnic minority, disabled students, and women students. They will be showcasing their work and how they support students from the liberation communities, and talking about Warwick's safespaces. Returning students will also provide helpful hints and tricks to navigating university life as a student from one of the liberation communities.

Join via Microsoft Teams at https://bit.ly/3lFFDas

At Warwick we use the term 'liberation communities' to refer to students who are women, LGBTUA+, disabled, or from an ethnic minority.
