Introducing WFS's first tour to Barcelona where we'll be spending 5 days exploring all the city has to offer! From beach sports to clubbing, we're sure our tour will allow you to meet new members of WFS and enjoy a sunny start to the Easter break!

Specific activities will be decided and booked once we have a clear idea of what accepted tour members would like to do.

Passports and Visas:

Relevant passport, visa and immigration requirements must be in place. You should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. Please note the process for visa applications to all Schengen states has changed. Visa applicants are now often required to attend an interview and therefore we advise looking into this at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

Please also check your passport expiry date. If your passport is under renewal or has expired, please ensure this is sorted ASAP. Passports must be valid in order to travel.

Coach:

We will be leaving from Warwick University's bus interchange to Heathrow Airport around 4:30 am on the 17th of March.

BCN Sports Hostel

Rooming: 6 x 8-bedded rooms + 3 x 6-bedded rooms (all rooms with private facilities)

Additional costs:

• City tax: 3.03/per person per night
• Damage deposit: 10€/per person at check-in
• Towel hire per stay: 2€/pp
• Public transport tickets
• Any additional single rooms (over and above the free places): £45 per paying person per night
• Activity bookings (we will keep these as low as possible)
