It's Tour Time!

We are happy to announce that our tour will be going to the beautiful and historic Budapest this year!

Our annual international tour gives members the chance to explore the culture and politics of other countries, as well as experiencing the nightlife that these cities have to offer.

Make sure to get your ticket before they sell out (and they sell out fast!)

We will be leaving on the 17th of March (first Sunday of the Easter holiday) and returning on the 20th (Wednesday). 

Tickets are priced at £335 for members and £350 for non members (which means you can bring friends, coursemates and flat mates), we absolutely recommend getting your membership now so you can get the cheaper price

Upcoming events 

• There will be a short meeting held not long before our departure date (expect february) where we will discuss the logistics of the trip (including packing lists, emergency procedures, activities, room allocations etc.)
• We will have a social prior to the tour, to give you plenty of time to get to know anyone who you may not met before

Included in the price

• Flights to and from Budapest 
• Transport to and from the airport in Budapest
• Transport to and from the airport in the UK
• 3 night stay at a hostel (formerly a 4 star hotel that has been converted!) in the city centre. Hostel features:
  • Breakfast included
  • Bar
  • Lockers (make sure to bring a padlock)
  • Laundry 
  • Guest kitchen (especially good if you have dietary requirements)

Not included in the price 

• Travel insurance (you MUST purchase this yourself, or ensure that you are already covered)
• Travel around the city (e.g. trams, metro, buses etc.)
• Lunch and dinner 
• Pre purchased activities 
• Alcohol 

Accessibility 

• We are very aware that many of our members will have vary accessibility needs and we are keen to make sure each and every one is met, to ensure all of our members have a great time
