Hostel: Llanelli, Race: Pembrey
It's nearly time for the event of the year where all of that trainng comes into play, and we compete at BUCS cross country. This year it is based at Pembrey Country Park in Wales!
Our coach will leave campus at 5PM on Friday 3rd February. We'll then drive to Llanelli, where we'll be staying at the World Horizons Hostel, arriving around 8:30PM.
We'll then take the coach on the morning of Saturay 4th February to Pembrey Country Park, compete, watch the closing ceremony, and then get the coach back to campus. Details of an afterparty to follow soon!!
The cost of transport and some of the accomodation fee is covered by a subsidy from the SU, so you only need to pay £4. This will cover the coach, hostel stay, and some light breakfast snacks on the 4th. Please do make sure to bring dinner with you on the 3rd as well as lots of snacks and things for lunch on the 4th!!
