Triple Crown's annual ball, for the delight of the uni's four best societies. It'll be an evening of good food, drinks, and a celebration of each society's best (or worst). It's not a night you want to miss. 

The meal options can be seen below:

Starter:

1. Chicken Liver Parfait with pear & plum chutney, toasted sourdough shards
2. (v) Roasted red onion & blue cheese tart with sweet balsamic syrup, peppered watercress & rocket
3. (ve) Grilled red peppers & figs with olive oil & balsamic dressed wild rocket & watercress, toasted pine nuts

Main:

1. Char grilled olive oil & rosemary glazed breast of chicken with crispy fried new potatoes, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, pesto scented tomato sauce
2. (v) Pumpkin and sage tortellini with Toasted pumpkin seeds, hard cheese shavings, crispy sage & onion dressing
3. (ve) Aubergine, griddled zucchini & tomato bake with Black olive puree, crispy fried basil.

Pudding:

1. Apple & almond tart with vanilla ice cream
2. (ve) Seasonal fresh fruit with Toasted coconut, chilli & ginger syrup
