Food Safety and Dietary Information

All food is freshly prepared on our premises on the day of delivery.

Tailor-made catering options are available. If you would like a special menu for a function then please contact us to discuss in more detail.

Some of the dishes on our menus contain allergens. If you have any questions then please speak to any member of the team who will be more than happy to help.

Specific dietary requirements can be catered for, providing we receive sufficient prior notice.

Warwick SU accepts no liability for poor food handling and storage once it has been delivered to your premises. Equally, we accept no responsibility if food is consumed after the recommended use- by time, for example if food is left out of temperature control for more than the 2 hours.

Menu prices quoted are per person excluding VAT and include the supply of paper plates, napkins and cups. We can supply crockery for your event for an additional charge.

We will send the invoice for your catering delivery after your event and this will be subject to VAT at the Standard Rate.

Delivery & Collection

We deliver free of charge across campus subject to minimum numbers. Deliveries outside this area will incur a delivery charge. Please ask for a quote.

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible; therefore we reuse our trays and serving dishes. Please make these available for collection. A charge will be made for any crockery or serving items that are not available to collect after your event. Please see our website for our current charges.

We will require access to the delivery location prior to the start time for your event to set up your buffet. This will usually be 45 minutes.

Booking

The more notice you are able to give us when booking, the better. We request a minimum of 7 days notice for any buffets for over 50 people, and 72 hours notice for smaller catering requests. However, we are flexible so please do contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate you request at short notice should the need arise.

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please let us know as early as possible. You may make changes up to 72 hours before delivery of you buffet. After this time, no changes will be accepted.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your buffet, you must do so with a minimum of 72 hours notice. If you cancel later than these deadlines you will be charged the full price of the buffet.

We reserve the right to make changes to the menus, without prior notification, due to product availability. Suitable alternative products will be substituted.
