Rate

£7.20 per hour.

Interview

If short listed, you will be invited to an interview on Monday 13th February 2017 between 9.00am and 1.00pm. If you are then successful, you MUST attend a training session for induction on Friday 17th February from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.

Details

We are looking for around 10 people with outgoing personalities to help us promote and help regulate the Officer Elections 2017.

Responsibilities will include staffing Polling Stations, distributing promotional materials and generally encouraging participation in the elections. Officer Elections Assistants will be required to sign an impartiality and confidentiality agreement form in order to assist with regulating the election, looking out for rule breaches and being generally aware of candidate activities. 

A number of shift times will be available from Monday 20th February to Friday March 3rd  2017. Please indicate your availability on your application Profile Form.

Interviews will be held on Monday 13th February 2017 between 9am and 1pm. 

If successful after interview, you must be able to attend a briefing session for induction on Friday17th February (Week 6) from 4.30pm to 5.30pm - you will be paid for this training.
