Salary

The salary is Pro rata of £ 21,520 - £24,924 per annum (approximate actual salary will be £8,608 to £9,970 per annum) plus excellent holiday and benefits.

Hours

Part time. Approximately 14.5 hours per week on an annualised hours basis (to be agreed) worked from Monday to Friday. Some weekend and evening working may be required from time to time for special events. Time off in lieu will be granted.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 26th October 2016. You must be available to attend an interview on this date should you be short listed.

Details

Warwick SU is looking for a key addition to its staff team to support crucial organisational projects.

You will support the Chief Executive and the leadership team in project planning and monitoring, research and information gathering and collating data for reporting purposes. After launching our new strategy in 2015, you will support the Chief Executive in monitoring delivery of the projects that help us demonstrate transparency and accountability to our members.

In order to succeed, you must be skilled in project planning and report-writing. You will have worked to challenging deadlines under your own initiative and will have outstanding skills in relationship building with high levels of tact and political sensitivity. You must also possess excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and be a strong communicator. Importantly, you will be committed to the principles of equality and diversity.
