Salary
£21,520.00 - £24,924.00
Hours
An average of 36.5 hours per week. More hours will be worked during the 3 ten week undergraduate terms, and less during vacation. The Restaurant is open from 9am until as late as 12am on certain nights.
Subject to a 16 week probationary period.

An Assessment Day will be held on Thursday 13th October 2016. You must be available to attend on this date if short listed.

Owing to external progression, we are looking for a highly experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef with drive, flair and ambition to join our Food and Beverage Team.
You will be able to demonstrate evidence of experience of leading a team of chefs, high standards of food presentation and enjoy working in a busy and vibrant environment.
You will be responsible for leading and developing our kitchen team, developing a market-leading fresh food menu, delivering a high quality dining experience and for driving the ongoing success of our popular Xananas Restaurant.
