Property is about 5 minutes away from university with shops and a bus stop across the road. 

Room is an ensuite with a double bed and all bills are included in the rent. Deposit is £99.

Building contains a gym, a cinema room and communal lounges and study areas.

I haven't tried it, but I believe Red Queen offers £500 cashback on 25/26 bookings using code CRQ500CB. Definitely worth a shot!
