We're looking for a female student to join our 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat right in the centre of Leamington. The flat includes a shared living area and kitchen, with cheap permit parking available nearby.

You'll be living with three friendly, respectful and sociable 20-year-old girls, all going into their third year at uni. This room is only available because I've secured a placement elsewhere. Each bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and plenty of storage.

The contract runs for 11 months starting in September 2025 and rent is £445pppm (not including bills).
