Recently refurbished 4 bed 4 bath house just south of Leamington Spa town centre. Really good property, excellent landlord, plenty of parking. We are currently 3 19-year-old males, but are welcoming of anyone. We will be a reasonably quiet household, will occasionally have people over for an evening but nothing huge. parking is permit-free and there is a full carpark behind the property which is usually quiet on top of on-street parking. The kitchen was redone with a dishwasher and plenty of space for storage, we would like to mealshare occasionally as a household if you want to be involved with that too. All beds are double, two rooms are smaller ensuites with showers, the other two have dedicated larger bathrooms (one with a bath/shower and the other with just a shower). There is a small garden with a shed to store bikes/have barbeques. There is a dedicated living room which we will likely be putting a projector in, and the entire house is of course fully furnished. The property is a slightly higher price than some but that does mean there are no corners cut, plus as we looked late we have been able to get a slight discount from the original price.
