My name is Cozmin, I’m a post grad student looking for a clean and considerate housemate preferably another student. I have a two bedroom flat and a single bedroom available to let from now and ideally before 16 of Jan (date that my current flatmate leaves). The room will be rented furnished .
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to Lidl (walkable distance), and only 15 min away from the main Coventry campus by bus
The bus stop is 2 min away from the flat. 
Be mindful that all the agency checks will need to be completed and deposit paid before moving in.
If you’re interested in the large king size room instead, I could rent it for 550£.
