Events

During the qualifying expedition, you are expected to hike in the Lake District on the planned route. Within the expedition, you are not allowed to use your mobile phone that permits you access to GPS, this is a requirement for every DofE participant to be able to orient through the wild with the help of maps and compasses. On days 1, 2 and 4, you will stay in the designated accommodations. But on day 3, you would be asked to camp in the wild to assess your ability of teamworking and survive in the wild. Please do remember to bring appropriate resources and an ample supply, as you won't be able to get extra supplies during the expedition, and remember to wear appropriate clothing.
