Funding and the Development Exec
The Development Exec is responsible for discussing and improving Union Events and Commercial Activities. The Development Exec is also responsible for allocating the SU’s Project Fund, Campaigns Fund and University Environment Sustainability Fund throughout the year, and helping students explore funding beyond the SU.
In addition the exec work on their own campaigns. These can relate to various areas of development which is a broad term that stretches from accommodation to transport!
This is the Exec students turn to when they have inspiring and incredible ideas that just need a little bit of funding to go a long way. Any student group can apply for SU funding as long as your project or campaign affects students as students; on campus or in the community.
