The SU believes that the cost of menstrual care products is an unfair burden placed on those that need them, and as part of a larger body of work has committed to providing some menstrual care products to those in need.

Menstrual Care Product Vending Machines
Warwick SU calls on the University to provide menstrual care product vending machines in all accommodation blocks and toilets (regardless of gender) across campus, to ensure easy access to menstrual care products for those that need them.
Inclusive Language Around Menstruation
We recognise that not all women mentrsuate and not all people who menstruate are women, that there are many non-binary people and men who menstruate. We are therefore committed to using, and encouraging the use of, inclusive language around menstruation. This includes referring to "people with periods" or "people who menstruate" rather than simply "women" when discussing menstruation.
