Students' Union Advice Centre
The Students’ Union Advice Centre Team is extremely experienced and will help you resolve your problem or find the right person to talk to. The service is for all students of Warwick University and is free, confidential, impartial and non-judgmental, we are also independent of the University.
We are able to give practical advice or signposting on most enquiries. The majority of the enquiries fall into the following categories: personal issues, housing (e.g. finding accommodation or complaining about its condition), course-related problems, funding and finances, immigration issues, or complaints & disciplinary proceedings with the University. Our Advice pages have information on many issues, but if you are unable to find the answer to your particular problem or would like to talk to an advisor please contact the Students’ Union Advice Centre and we will do our best to help you.
The Students’ Union Advice Centre is staffed by a Manager and three professional advisors, and we work closely with the Welfare Officer, the Education Officer and the Postgraduate Officer.
If you want to contact the Students’ Union Advice Centre, you can do so by email, telephone or by visiting us in person. To guarantee an appointment it is always better to contact us first and arrange one, but if you come to the Advice Centre we will do our best to see you as soon as we can. Appointments can be in person by telephone or Skype.
