Warwick SU allows students, staff and external organisations to hire spaces within our buildings.
Bookings are managed by the Central Administration Department.
Meeting Room Hire
The Central Administration Department deal with all bookings associated with the Meeting Rooms in SUHQ (including the booking of laptops, projectors and flip charts).
If you need to book a meeting room and associated equipment, please contact a member of staff who will be happy to check availability and provide the necessary booking forms.
Copper Rooms 1 & 2
You can book these venues in the same way that you would a meeting room - however, there are additional checks with various departments that need to be carried out (depending on the event to take place) so you should not therefore expect an immediate answer to your enquiry.
The availability of The Atrium to hire is limited; again, enquiries in the first instance must be made through the Central Administration Department.
Ikea Membership Space
This space is almost entirely for the use of clubs and societies. Bookings are made through the Central Administration Department. A timetable of bookings is produced on a weekly basis, and this is pinned to the door of the venue.
Please note that priority will be given to Societies, as Sports Clubs have access to other spaces on campus.
Catering and buffet bookings (internal & external) are dealt with by the Central Administration Department. Available options can be found at www.refreshcatering.co.uk - however, the team are more than happy to discuss any special requirements you may have!
