Promotional Stalls
Setting up a stall in a public area of campus can be a great way to promote your society or run fundraising events.
Piazza
To run a stall by the piazza, you’ll need to book an area through Warwick Food Group, which you can do at this link Book an outside space for your event | Warwick Food Group.
Zone 1 and Zone 2 are the most popular for small pop-ups, as you’re visible to students walking to the bus interchange as well as those hanging around! Zone 3 is popular for longer activities e.g. 24 hours fundraising challenges.
Library
Booking other outdoor spots including outside the Library is done through Community Safety, on their booking form. The library is a popular spot as it has particularly high footfall throughout the day.
Tables
The SU Welcome Hub (in the SU North building above Co-op) can support stalls by lending folding tables. These cannot be booked in advance, but are offered on a first-come, first-served basis on the day – you will have to return any borrowed tables before the Welcome Hub closes so they can be secured.
