Care about the environment? Want to make a difference to the lives of young people? Whatever you’re passionate about, there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer at Warwick!

Giving your time by getting involved in a volunteering project is a great way to help the local community while meeting new people and learning valuable skills. The University and the SU both have a wide range of opportunities, so there is bound to be something to suit you.

There are a wide range of volunteering projects available through Warwick Volunteers. Returning Officer

Warwick Students’ Union is looking for a Returning Officer (RO) & Deputy Returning Officer (DRO) for our 2021 Spring Elections. As a volunteer within the Governance & Influence Team you will be key in enforcing fairness and equality in our Spring Elections. This is an excellent opportunity to be an effective judiciary to a Students’ Union and support a vibrant community to be effective decision-makers.

Advice Centre

Student volunteers help run the SU’s Advice Centre Reception. The main responsibilities include welcoming people who come into the Advice Centre, making appointments for students to see a member of the team, answering the telephone and helping with administrative duties. Normal working hours are 1-2 hours a week during term-time.

SU Trustees

The Board of Trustees has ultimate responsibility for the financial matters and procedures of Warwick Students’ Union. It accepts ultimate responsibility for giving firm strategic direction to the Union, and ensuring that it is remains solvent, well-governed and delivers its key objectives.
