Every Monday, join Claudi for a restorative yin session designed to release tension through gentle movement and deep, sustained stretches.

Please bring your own mat, otherwise we have a limited number of mats available on a first come first serve basis.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. If class has started you may not be able to enter the room.

We will be checking your booking confirmation, so please have this ready.
