Unlocked - Warwick Women's Summit 2026 is the flagship event of the Warwick Women's Careers Society. It is a women-led, student-run careers event designed to give university students practical insight into industries that are often perceived as difficult to access. The summit brings together accomplished women from banking and finance, public policy and journalism, and marketing and creative fields such as branding, creating a space for open, honest conversations about career paths, leadership, and influence.

The event features panel discussions led by women professionals who will share their career journeys, discuss the realities of working in their industries, and reflect on how they navigated early career decisions and challenges, particularly in environments where women remain underrepresented, providing real-world perspectives.

Unlocked is targeted at university students and early-career individuals, with a particular focus on supporting women who are looking to build their networks, explore different career options, and gain confidence in navigating professional spaces. Alongside panels, the summit includes interactive discussions and networking opportunities, allowing attendees to engage directly with speakers and build meaningful connections. It also includes CV clinics, LinkedIn photoshoots, and case study sessions 

Unlocked aims to empower students through accessible guidance, practical insight, and visible female role models, while fostering a supportive environment that encourages ambition, confidence, and long-term career development.
