My role and what I hope to achieve this year:
In this role I hope to focus on tackling challenges faced by WP students, such as imposter syndrome. I aim to create spaces where students can share their experiences and feel heard. I also want to support career development through tailored workshops and resources that help students feel confident pursuing their goals.
